been thinking bout this since january... used to check r/cryptocurrency religiously but man after watching them lose their shit over a meme token while missing actual adoption happening elsewhere idk. feels like reddit crypto becoming echo chamber of same 5 opinions repeated by college kids who bought first $20 eth last month

Can confirm reddit influence declined significantly among institutional players. $TRUMP reaction particularly telling - reddit had meltdowns about "politicization" while major funds already adapting strategies regulatory changes.
Quality technical discussion deteriorated. Most posts price speculation rather than technology development real-world adoption.

wait whats farcaster? trying figure out where smart money actually talks these days tired "wen lambo" comments every serious post

politicization issue real tho when crypto communities cant discuss regulatory developments without devolving political arguing become useless actual builders investors

exactly why focus technical development rather reddit engagement signal degraded point wasnt worth time. serious protocols moved community discussions platforms better moderation higher barriers entry
