Duelz asking for more docs after I won around £1000, scam or not?

hi everyone,
won just over £800 on duelz last night (£968 total withdrawal) and they were lightning fast at withdrawals before. never asked for anything new after my previous withdrawals but surprise surprise after this win they suddenly want ID verification
big alarm bells ringing for me tbh. dug about on reddit, trustpilot, askgamblers and found loads who hadnt received withdrawals. someone told me it can take up to 72 hours. feel like they might try mess me about 😬
 
sounds like standard verification procedure. most casinos have thresholds and once you hit certain amount they trigger additional checks
what docs they asking for specifically? and what verification had you done previously?

they saying need ID but confused bc they could have asked anytime before. had withdrawal few months back when won over £1k and withdrew in 2x £500 with no issues
maybe im overreacting but seen posts where they ask for more and more docs and people never get paid. dont trust them mentioning pending withdrawals in the email
 
@funkycoin you might have hit cumulative threshold they have. utility bill would work for address proof if needed
its not really playing games to ask for proof of address. if you dont provide what requested you wont get paid simple as that
 
mitek probably just does reg liveness check - you put face in outline on screen. gets compared to your ID photo and checks youre not using VPN so doesnt matter if you look different from passport photo. just make sure no VPN when doing it

dont have vpn but do turn off location services. assume bank statement under 3 months with nationwide is ok? its real document, got no utilities in my name at all
 
yes if it has name, address and within 3 months should be fine. location services is GPS which is different thing entirely my friend
 
feel such an idiot now 😵‍💫 thought they were going to muck me about. passport done and accepted, bank statement shows 1 transaction saying closed account from may
wont be convinced until withdrawal received tbh
 
look people with negative experience way more likely to post about it than people with normal experience. plus sometimes delays are users fault for not realizing they had to send something
you also remember that casinos strictly follow GDPR so shouldnt worry about private info in documents
 
duelz part of suprplay group which are far from worst operators. theyve always paid me personally even after larger wins
they might do additional checks on top of automated system but youll get paid as long as everything legit on your end
 
went on live chat and theyre saying despite being verified and else they do their own security checks 💯 so even thoim verified apparently im not lol
definitely playing games now. very sus and this contradicts their email telling me to contact live chat

if automated system verified you but payments team has weekend off they might just wait till monday. so left a bit to wait

hoping ur right about weekend delay still previous withdrawals processed fast including weekends
 
look if im right they do manual reviews on top of automated system. might take few more days or request additional docs
its weekend after all. give it till wednesday before chasing again. betting market id put money on you getting paid

appreciate reassurance but dont trust company with conflicting information. too much back and forth
honestly dont want spend penny anywhere after this. been very dysregulating for my brain if u know what i mean 😵‍💫

sure you dont have to use them again if youre not into it but dont shoot yourself in foot and stop getting paid £800. get money then never touch them
few more documents worth £800 surely? these guys probably adhering to GDPR unlike random offshore casinos

part of that money my own deposit anyway. rather have sanity than deal with such people
in my mind moneys gone. if see it ill let everyone know but if not taking action myself. dont like shady shit
