won £850 on slots last night first proper win in months tried to withdraw and now they want proof of employment?? never asked for this before ive withdrew like £200-300 few times no problem. sent them payslip but they saying need employer letter confirming my position and salary. this normal or they just stalling cause i actually won something meh?
 
sus huh? anti money laundering folks think different pal lol. casinos dont make up verification requirements for fun they legally required to verify source of funds above certain amounts (especialy in uk). maybe read the terms you agreed to before crying scam mate
 
standard aml procedures. £850 single withdrawal probably flagged automated review even if under cumulative threshold
ask hr department not direct manager. they deal with this stuff regularly maybe less awkward
 
bet365 asked me for this too. didnt even know was a thing. sent payslip and utility bill they accepted that without employer letter
maybe try uploading payslip again with cover note explaining your situation?

what's so hard with this letter pal?? employment verification specifically checking youre not gambling with proceeds of crime or benefits fraud regular salary employee should be straightforward. hr departments used to these requests. literally just need letter on company letterhead stating name position start date salary - takes them 5 minutes to write

They don't care why you need it. Just ask HR for employment verification letter for financial purposes. They won't ask questions.
Been through this before. Annoying but standard practice once you start winning decent amounts.
 
lol stake asking for verification is classic. they let you deposit thousands no questions but moment you try withdraw anything substantial suddenly need your whole life story. obv theyll drag it out hoping you reverse withdrawal and lose it back
 
Don't reverse the withdrawal. This is legitimate compliance procedure, not stalling tactic. UK Gambling Commission requires operators to verify source of funds when certain thresholds are met. Any of those will count:
  1. Employment verification letter (fastest)
  2. Bank statements showing regular salary (slower review)
  3. Tax documents showing employment income (alternative)
